1. Acceptance of Terms

The Platform is owned and operated by UTILERY SOFTWARE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at 419, 41st Cross, 9th Main, Jayanagar 5th Block, Bangalore, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', or 'our').

By accessing, browsing, or transacting on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Eligibility and International Use

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site.
• Sanctions & Export Control: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. or Indian government embargo or listed on any government list of prohibited parties.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All acts done through the use of your registered account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Organization Access: If your account is managed by an organization (e.g., your employer), you acknowledge that your organization's administrators have visibility into your progress and usage.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All content on AwesomeGCP—including practice questions, explanations, diagrams, software, and "look and feel"—is the exclusive intellectual property of UTILERY SOFTWARE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• No Scraping: Use of automated scripts, bots, or spiders to extract content is forbidden.
• Single-User Only: Sharing account credentials with any third party is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• No Unauthorized Reuse: Recording, screenshotting, or using our materials in corporate training, workshops, or public sessions without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• No Reselling: You may not resell or redistribute any content or access to our Services.

5. Professional Disclaimers

• Not Actual Exam Questions: Our practice tests are original simulations designed for education. They are NOT "exam dumps" and do not contain actual questions from official Google Cloud certification exams.
• No Pass Guarantee: While designed to help you prepare, we do not guarantee that you will pass any official certification exam.
• "As-Is" Basis: We do not provide warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the information. Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

UTILERY SOFTWARE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and its officers from any claims or penalties arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute relating to them shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

8. Modifications

These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
