and process your personal data through the Platform https://awesomegcp.com/.

We collect information to provide a personalized learning experience and maintain platform security:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Performance Data: Practice test scores, progress reports, and certification goals.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and session logs for security monitoring
and fraud prevention.
- Uploaded Content: Any files or data you upload for processing. Most data is processed
transitively (ephemerally) and is not stored longer than necessary to complete the
function, unless requested by you or required by law.
2. Data Residency and International Transfers
- Storage Location: Your data is currently stored and processed in the United
States (US Region) on the Google Cloud Platform. We reserve the right to relocate data
to other Google Cloud regions globally for performance optimization.
- Cross-Border Access: Authorized administrators of the Company may access your data
from India or other countries to provide technical support or improve service
quality.
- Enterprise Visibility: If you use an organization-managed account, your
administrators (potentially located in other countries) may view your progress and usage data.
3. Enterprise and Organization Accounts
If you access AwesomeGCP via an organization-provided account:
- Your account is controlled by your organization.
- Usage activity (test scores, credit consumption, frequency) is reported to your organization's
administrators.
- Retention and deletion of your data may be governed by your organization's internal policies.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide personalized practice tests and maintain your learning history.
- To detect and prevent "scraping," unauthorized sharing, or platform abuse.
- For Administrative Review: Authorized personnel may review processing logs or content
to troubleshoot support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Individual Accounts: We retain data as long as your account is active. You may request
deletion at any time via your profile settings.
- Ephemeral Data: Uploaded files are typically deleted from our active servers within
24 hours of processing.
- Legal Retention: Transactional and tax-related records are retained as required by
Indian law.
6. Your Global Privacy Rights
We recognize rights under major international frameworks:
- India (DPDP Act): Right to access, correct, or erase data, and to nominate a consent
manager.
- EU/UK (GDPR): Right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate
interests.
- USA (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell your personal data. You have the right to disclosure
regarding categories of data collected.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data
transfers and robust encryption at rest via Google Cloud infrastructure.
